Barcelona 22nd-26th of October

During our week of holidays Valerie and I went to Barcelona. We left wednesday the 22nd early in the morning with the Megabus. At around 12 o'clock we arrived in Barcelona. When we got of the bus, we first looked for something to eat before we went to the apartment where we rented a room.
When we arrived at the apartment, the lady was there to great us and give us some information about Barcelona and the nice things to see there. We both already went to Barcelona and saw the most important thins, so we wanted to have a relaxing holiday and enjoy the good weather. It was still 23-24 degrees over there.
The room we got was like on the pictures we saw before and it was clean. The rest of the apartment whatsoever wasn't clean at all, it seemed like nobody had been cleaning there for weeks. Because it was so dirty, we barely took showers there and were so happy to take a nice shower when we got back in Toulouse.
After we were settled in our room, we went to visit the city. We did some typical neighborhoods of Barcelona and went in some shops on the way. On wednesday evening we went to a little restaurant and ate some delicious burgers.
On thursday we decided to go shopping and in the evening we went to an apartment where 2 other erasmus friends were staying. One of them is Hungarian and cooked a typical Hungarian meal for us that night. It was spicy, but really good! They were staying with some nice Argentinian students who studied in Barcelona for the year. After that we went out, had a great time and enjoyed the nice music!
On friday we went to the beach and enjoyed the sun. We took some pictures so that we had memories for later. In the evening we went out with our 2 erasmus friends from here in Toulouse and their Argentinian roommates. We went to Opium club. It was a really nice place to go out, had an awesome night and met nice people!
On saturday we explored a little more of the city by walking around and do some sightseeing. We ended our day with watching the football game between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona in a tapas bar. After that we went out to Shoko club, but the music was a little bit disappointing.
On sunday morning we woke up not too late to pack our bags and move out of our room. After that we had a delicious brunch at a nice place in a side street of the Ramblas. And then we walked towards the bus station to take the Megabus back to Toulouse. After a 4 hour bus drive, we arrived back in Toulouse at around 9 o'clock PM.
This was the end of 5 great days in Barcelona that we won't easily forget!
